  SíntomasSymptoms

  Chasquido o bloqueo al flexionar o extender el dedo, dolor en la base y un pequeño nódulo palpable en la palma.Snapping or locking when bending or straightening the finger, pain at its base, and a small palpable nodule in the palm.

  Acude cuanto antes, no comas ni bebas si es previsible una cirugía inmediata, y ten a mano la hora y el mecanismo de la lesión. Después de operar, el dedo se moviliza de forma controlada desde la primera semana, sin forzarlo antes de lo indicado, hasta recuperar el uso completo hacia el tercer mes.Come in as soon as possible, avoid eating or drinking if immediate surgery is likely, and have the time and cause of the injury to hand. After surgery, the finger is moved in a controlled way from the first week, without forcing it before advised, until full use returns by around the third month.

  Engrosamiento y retracción progresiva de la fascia palmar, el tejido bajo la piel de la palma, que puede acabar doblando uno o varios dedos hacia dentro.Progressive thickening and shortening of the palmar fascia, the tissue beneath the skin of the palm, which can gradually pull one or more fingers inward.

  SíntomasSymptoms

  Nódulos o cuerdas duras en la palma, y dificultad progresiva para extender por completo uno o varios dedos, especialmente el anular y el meñique.Firm nodules or cords in the palm, and progressive difficulty fully straightening one or more fingers, especially the ring and little fingers.
